Is WordPress, another CMS, or Lestis better for me?

If you are an experienced full-stack developer ready to manage infrastructure, plugins, updates, and security, a generic CMS can work. Why an expert developer? In November 2025 alone, 108 new vulnerabilities were discovered among the most popular plugins. Also, if "Core Vitals" sounds familiar and you are an SEO expert, you could try to outperform Lestis. But if you just want a high-performance, secure, and SEO-optimized site, Lestis is the right choice. Do I pay commissions on bookings with Lestis?

No. Lestis does not take commissions on bookings. You accept direct payments through your Stripe account and keep 100% of your earnings.

Yes. Lestis gives you the possibility to synchronize with Airbnb, Booking, and other portals via iCal so that calendars are always updated.

Do I need an external website or is everything included?

No external website is needed. Lestis creates a complete, SEO-optimized website for you, with an included subdomain and integrated booking engine. Additionally, you have the possibility to associate your personal domain with your site to reach it with a personalized URL, but it is not mandatory.

Can I receive a deposit to block the dates?

Yes. With Lestis you can request a deposit to block the dates and receive the remaining balance directly at the structure or with the method you prefer. You are free to enable direct payments, request the full amount, or choose to receive a deposit in different ways: flat rate (e.g., €200) or as a percentage (e.g., 15% of the total). After the booking, you will be free to instruct your guest on the payment of the remaining sum.

Is there an app to receive notifications in real-time?

Yes. Lestis offers a secure app to install that sends real-time notifications for bookings, messages, and important updates. Through LestisHost you have complete control with all the features you have via desktop: price management, blocking dates, manual entry of bookings, etc.

How much does Lestis cost?

The annual plan starts at €49.99/year for a structure that contains up to two units (one room/entire apartment or two apartments in the same building/two rooms). For each extra unit, the additional cost is €14.99 per year. Promotional offers and referral discounts are available until the fee is eliminated.

Can I try Lestis for free?

Yes. You can try Lestis for free without entering any payment method.

Is Lestis suitable for those who are not experts?

Yes. Lestis is designed for hosts and owners: the interface is simple and you can manage the site, prices, availability, and bookings in a few minutes. If you do not want to register and try it directly yet, there is a video tutorial where we explore all the features in 5 minutes.

Will I have support if I have difficulties with the configuration?

Yes, you will never be alone. In addition to the video tutorial and the pages created to answer the most frequent questions, you will have dedicated support via phone, WhatsApp, and email to help you configure your site and resolve any doubts about the features you have available.

Can I add multiple properties/structures with different addresses?

Certainly, you can add as many properties as you want to your account. For each property, its own website will be generated with its own SEO optimizations, the possibility to associate a domain, and it will clearly have its own separate subscription (e.g., in the same account: 1 property with 3 rooms (1 annual subscription); 1 property with 2 rooms (1 annual subscription); 1 property with 5 rooms (1 annual subscription). We are working to offer in the future also a single portal that groups all the structures within the account.

Are there any bureaucratic requirements I need to handle to have a compliant website?

Websites created with Lestis are designed to be GDPR compliant: cookie banners, cookie policies, and privacy policies are generated automatically. You only need to correctly enter the owner or property details in the control panel. However, all bureaucratic requirements outside of the website required by local regulations and individual tax obligations remain the responsibility of the owner.
